Online group classes can be booked directly through the website.  Your place will be immediately reserved on the given course.  You have the right to cancel or change course up to 24 hours before the course starts.  No refund or part refund will be issued after this.

 

Gift Cards:  the purchase of gift cards can be made directly through the website.  You will receive your gift card immediately via email.  Gift cards are valid for two years from date of issue. If Mellow nurturing touch ceases business before the voucher is used and within the 2 years from purchase, you will receive a full refund.  

 

Bookings for private classes: these classes are requested through the website or  email link and payment will be made by bank transfer.  Payment is required before the first class  commences.  Booking will only be confirmed and secured once a successful payment has been made.You have the right to cancel or change your booking 24hrs before the class commences.

 

Mellow Nurturing Touch reserve the right to cancel a class or course.  In the unlikely event of this you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or refund.  Partial refund if issued if Mellow Nurturing Touch cancels/ changes date of part of a course.  Full refund or reschedule is offered if a full course is cancelled or dates changed. If a session is changed you will be contacted as soon as possible

Technical Issues:  Technical issues  causing a class to not be able to be undertaken as a result of Mellow Nurturing Touch-  a full refund or make up class will be offered.  If the issue lies with your hardware, systems, software or settings that prevent you from attending a class or partaking fully in the class Mellow Nurturing Touch will not be able to provide a refund or make up class.  If a place is available on a subsequent course you will have the opportunity to  join.
